Availability requests and accounts

When you select Notify me, we save your email address, the design you selected and the time of your request so we can contact you about that design’s availability. This is not a subscription to general marketing. Requests are saved for our team to follow up; submitting the form does not send an immediate confirmation email.

If you choose to create an account, Firebase Authentication processes your email and password, verification and sign-in information. Our store uses your account identity and verified email to provide account access. An account is not required to join an availability list.

Essential website data

We use a first-party session cookie for sign-in, local storage for your bag and a cookie to remember your privacy choices. Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser details and request logs. Our availability form uses a protected identifier derived from connection information to limit abuse.

Optional analytics and Meta measurement

Google Analytics and Meta measurement are off unless you allow them through Privacy settings. Analytics measures visits to public collection pages and selected store interactions. Marketing measurement uses Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure public-page visits, product views and availability signups. Meta can receive your IP address, browser information, the public page path and product identifiers. We do not include your availability email, account email, name or address in these measurement events.

You can reject either category or change your choices using Privacy settings at the bottom of any page. Global Privacy Control keeps marketing measurement off. Changing a choice affects future measurement; it does not recall information already sent to a provider.

Service providers and storage

We use Vercel for website hosting and product media, Google Firebase for accounts and store records, and Google Analytics and Meta for the optional measurement described above. These services may process data outside your country. Firebase store records are hosted in the United States.

Availability requests and account records are retained to provide these services until handled or removed. Security and measurement records have their own operational lifetimes; an expiry value does not mean a record has already been deleted.

Your requests

To withdraw an availability request, ask about your information, or request access, correction or deletion, contact hello@sharplylabs.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to your email or account. Do not send a password or payment details.
